4. Messaging Terms

4.1 Types of messaging

The Site may offer (a) text/SMS/MMS messages from us to you ("Text Messages"), (b) email communications, and (c) messaging features that allow users to communicate with us or with other users through the Site ("In-Site Messaging"). This Section 4 governs all of them.

4.2 Text message (SMS/MMS) program

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking a box, submitting a form, or texting a keyword to us), you expressly consent to receive Text Messages from The After Dark Collective at the number you provided. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AFTER DARK COLLECTIVE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
